Rich Nagle, Sr. Technical Sales Engineer at ThingWorx

Rich was part of the panel that discussed about the evolution and future of IoT and M2M

What we can learn from the video interviews with our esteemed speakers is that the potential of the IoT and M2M technology is virtually limitless. Driving adoption of such technology is key but the question is, how do we drive the adoption of IoT technology? Apart from simplifying it for consumers and end-users as well as making the technology more ‘intuitive’, raising awareness and building knowledge is of essence. This is where our Asia IoT Business Platforms play a key and major role. It is the platform where end-users and solution providers convene for two days of knowledge-sharing, exchange, and networking to progress together and bring the future closer.

The 4th edition of the Asia IoT Business Platform was held from 28 to 29 May 2015 at Amari Watergate Bangkok, Thailand. It was the first time for the conference to be hosted in Thailand and once again, it was a resounding success. Interesting topics on the latest market trends and developments ranging from waste management and key enablers, to overcoming industry fragmentation, were discussed. Participants also had the chance to network with enterprises and businesses that were present at the event, as well as to marvel at the interesting exhibits put up by our sponsors and exhibitors.

We would like to thank all our sponsors, exhibitors, media partners and press, MICT, as well as all delegates for coming on board and enthusiastically participated in the 2-day conference. This event would not be a success without your support and presence. We hope to see you again, perhaps for the next Asia IoT Business Platform 2015 which will be held at Fairmont Jakarta, Indonesia from 25 to 26 August 2015.

Photos of the conference for both days will be uploaded in due course, as well as the post-event video highlights, so do keep a lookout for the photos and video! Meanwhile, here are some photos we have from day 2!
