Future-Proofed Public Services

Top organisational objectives for ASEAN Stakeholders when it comes to digitalisation to fortify organisational resilience include upskilling talent (55%), business process automation (48%), interoperability & integration (41%), enterprise data & analytics (41%) and IT infrastructure (38%), according to the 2021/22 AIBP ASEAN Enterprise Innovation Survey.

Initiatives to increase connectivity in ASEAN continue as services such as e-health, autonomous and connected vehicles and traffic systems and advanced mobile cloud gaming will be realised in the near future. With transparency, accountability and citizen ownership becoming core tenets of public service provision, issues faced by stakeholders are two-fold: facilitating smooth and seamless provision of services as well as equipping and enabling the people with the necessary tools and skill sets for the future-forward world.

Join us at the Connectivity for Future-proofed Public Services series for AIBP Insights 2022 featuring the ecosystem of private enterprises, government agencies, telecommunications providers and smart-city enablers to explore upcoming trends in digitalisation for a connected smart society.
