General Manager of PT Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Operation Region (MOR) V Jatimbalinus region, CD. Sasongko looks into the implementation of contactless payments for supporting facilities and infrastructure at Public Fuel Filling Stations (SPBU) through the MyPertamina application.
"This is to ensure that all infrastructure used in serving Pertamina's loyal customers is functioning properly, from information boards for transaction procedures, Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines, connections in the communication provider network to the readiness of gas station operators in the field, serving the community by prioritizing safety and comfort," said Sasongko.
According to Sasongko, the public's need for transactions using fintech (financial technology) in the current digital era is increasing. Pertamina is trying to meet this demand by continuously improving MyPertamina services.
"Pertamina use the MyPertamina application to improve customer experience. Over time, the increase in the number of transactions via MyPertamina continues to grow. In the second week of September (13/9), there were more than 260 thousand transactions at gas stations that were made by customers through the MyPertamina application," said Sasongko.
