Creating delightful experiences for customers throughout their journeys by improving processes and platforms to deliver excellent service in both traditional and digital channels is at the forefront of Meralco’s transformation strategy. Meralco maximises its data through grid transformation by converting it to insights – from dashboards to more advanced machine learning – and using these to accelerate efficiency and growth by facilitating data-driven decisions. Taking future business demands into consideration, Meralco’s Citizen IT Program is preparing Meralco’s workforce for the road ahead.
Both projects by Ayala Land and Meralco resonate with the findings in the annual AIBP ASEAN Innovation Survey, with fortifying and upgrading IT infrastructure to meet future demands one of the top 5 business objectives in building business resilience.
